As we are deciding whether to participate in the SPP at $1-00 , where was the SPP at the time of the 30c capital raising?? We are now offered shares towards the top end of the trading but were denied the same at the bottom end. Instead they lined the pockets of Blackrock who took the bulk of $26.5mil raised in march. They had no shareholding prior to that. Blackrock have taken none of the placement at $1-00 !!! They have in fact reduced their holding by approx 7mil shares. The company has not looked after their retail shareholders. The directors are OK they have their cheap stock options!!
