I cannot agree with your opinion about Richard, he has done the almost impossible, getting the PEPR for Rxm. There is opposition to the mine which has been overcome, there have been numerous challenges that have been received, worldwide financial crises, low commodity prices and the current Coronavirus but Rxm still survives.

He has built a formidable team around himself with the experiences and abilities to take Rxm to greater heights, this has been achieved with little in incentives to be offered.

He has doubled the opportunities and reserves that Rxm has in very difficult time, I have no doubt, that with hindsight there are decisions that could have been made differently, I am of the opinion that due to Richard, Rxm survives today and with his team behind him, more favourable financial markets and better momentum, will be a stock on the asx200.
