Thank you for posting.
What I said in my very first post on this subject was that I was “Not sure what has been quoted” (since a post had been moderated.)

If one starts removing certain component from the total package, then you may as well say that he is not receiving Mango’s $343,333 either.

Why?
Making an assumption here - but he is likely to pay income tax, right?

The fact remains that PW’s package is in excess of $510K

Is he worth whatever the number is ?
Based on his performance, I am of the view that he is not.

I would be happy for the company to pay twice his $510K if they replaced PW with a person who processes the talents to turn this submarine around and bring it to the surface.

PW has made numerous errors of judgment (many of them highlighted here by other posters over time) and PW should put his job on the line.

Perform or ship out.

The way it is going the risk that this company will go under is real.
