    So the way it works is if you pass all the units at cert 3 level and complete a 4 year apprenticeship you can become a registered plumber
    That means you can work for someone but you cannot sign off any work
    Complete another two years at night at cert 4 level plus time on the job and you can apply for your licence
    Sooo if you’re not against the proper training, you’re not against licensing
    A licence is just recognition that you have been assessed and completed all training and have been found competent
    Hope this clears up your concerns
    Fitters do an apprenticeship ... So do sheeties ?
