I just looked at Laundry's latest and he must have read your stuff because he onl mentioned Dec 29 and NOT Jan 2 this time.
Although his 15 week cycle sort of works for his oscillator, it seem to me that for price 4 months is a better fit.
So you have cycle lows in mid Nov 07 then Mar July Nov 08 and the next would be, yep, Mar 09.
