Vis a vis: 'Unfortunately, the exchange doesn't appear equipped to handle SaaS listings at this stage'... exchange or investors....or just relatted to Getswift? Big difference between announcing multi-billion pipe-dreams on the potential...and after 3 years still not a sign/update of any of those deals...

...I don't have a problem what they are or intend to be be...all I care about is...tell me what is going on...hard facts...so that I can be a deemed informed ASX investor...not much to ask..is it?

...so proof of the pudding...very expensive one for that matter...three years later...still nothing, zero, zip, nada, kosong, ziltch....and their ongoing excuse...people don't understand SaaS....with ~$32M of expenses & $1M salaries a year are justified for some reason....and still most investors don't even know what is really going on....

Bottom line: all I know is....that anyone trading any of the shares on ASX since Jan 2018 will have another chance to take them to court again due to misinformation or the lack of disclosure by the management team...this time the claimants will actually have a real case....because the facts are axiomatic...so brace yourself...
