Put it in the DRP too. Over the long term the equity risk premium return should far outperform bond returns regardless of tax. The younger you are the more equity risk you should take on. Bonds at her age is foolish. Maybe she can think about that if she becomes a millionaire and needs to preserve a chunk of change or when she gets older and needs the defense.
