what annnoys me is they (banks and CNP) knew the timeline when payment is due yet for some reason negotiations are left to the last minute....in fact it seems even after the due date.
They put the idea of a hybrid security to the banks in August, surely 16 weeks is long enough to make a decision and move forward.
Staggering by both sides imo.
