    The banks will be pushing for everything they can get for the D2E swap. Centro would have suggested an SP as their valuation and will be asking for some shareholder value. The banks will then try and negotiate the valuation down.

    The 16 weeks is NOT the negotiation IT IS the prepping for battle.
