I don't know for sure ! Only have course of sales. Rumour going around - somebody wanting a large holding in the company. Don't know who not privy to that info if in fact there's any truth in it.
Two very large shareholders decided enough was enough and to protect their investment booted out those dills and installed our current management who they believe will bring the bacon home.
