Great business plan? We can all call our business plans great when the economy goes well. Its alot like trading sharemarket, when everything goes up, we are all great traders (even our taxi drivers). The real class is shown when the times are tough. The best traders make money in tough times. Scott knew his model was flawed and milked it for all he could. It wasn't a great business plan. It was a deceiptful plan and that is why the shareprice went up to $10. There were warnings about the model a long time ago but in the glory of easy money and a booming economy no-one really cared or wanted to listen.

The proof of the pudding was Scott's golden handshake and disappearing act once everything went awry. It is indefensible in my view.
