Good to see, fighting fire with fire eg to the chinese and many shippers a contract is only binding if it is in your favour, if it is not, its negotiable. We see the chinese doing this with the current tail of the iron ore contract prices eg trying to get out of the contract and good to see FMG being commercially sensible as well. No point being the only honourable bloke in the room in a den of thieves...shortest book ever written is chinese book of business ethics
