Its totally wrong the Habrok is trying to prevent the company raising capital to go about its business.
The issue is to rights ALL shareholders so does not favour anyone.
Habrok does have zero chance of succeeding with their bid which is below the market ever since it was made, and the majority of shareholders have said they have no intention of accepting.......so they need to just p...off.
