OZL have far more shareholders to contact, and were quoting legal fees in there Olive, so looking for a fight no doubt.

Ours is venue hire, and notices to shareholders plus printing. As we've been advised that CVI will add some of their opwn resolutions too that needed passing (perhaps options issue to new directos or the like) they are using it sensibly to NOT have to call two meetings, so we have not pushed a large financial burden. Maybe $20,000 all up?
We've got a lot more than that to gain, so worth every cent, even if it blows out form that on legal consultations.

It was obvious when I first read the OZL threads about it that they had little idea how to do it properly. That's why it took a lot of team work from us on this one - and we are encouraged that there may be a fair level of cooperation from CVI.

They are in a position to show that they can take a new innovative approach, and actually take on shareholder concerns and adopt a lot of the ideas with no problem.

Chance to gain a lot of respect from the holders.
We should hear by next Monday - that is the 21 day limit they have to respond I believe, as they received the paperwork on 1st December.

I'm looking forward to a time in the future when I can put my sentiment back to 'buy or hold'!!
