In reply, I am not so sure that AR9 necessarily has to participate in a tender process to win contracts. Their Kojensi "product offering" is very unique, designed to fill a very specific need within the cyber security space. 10 years of development work behind it. I dont see how this can fit into a tender process. If there was a tender process, then the winning bidder is going to have to take umpteen years to get similar intellectual property developed and verified ? Don' t think cyber security needs of organizations can wait that long , or even months, when push comes to shove and cyber attacks are happening or considered possible
