I think permits, a few offtake agreements with a bit of advance payment , NYSE listing , coupled with a roadshow would certainly push this way past $1.50 , in 5 years when they are paying a healthy divvy the sp could be anything $5, $10, $15 working through different permutation combinations , currently they will enjoy low energy costs and good FX conversion, should all add to the bottom line , you would have to keep a parcel in this for the long term
