I agree, I’ve read over the announcements a few times and from my reflections and review of the info... everything looks good... if it was an off market purchase from the broker it would not have risen an eyebrow, management Doesn’t like doing CRs so brokers are forced to buy off the market the cheap shares which naturally elevated the share price.... I’m trying to compare what happened with BCC to a CR to make a material acquisition (bear with me).... the broker was over subscribed for the 18cent BCC purchase deal... so broker not wanting to miss an opportunity decided to purchase off the market upto 25cents... which averaged it out at... let’s say 22cents for his clients, still cheap (I haven’t done the maths on the average)... broker sell shares down From high 20s to 23cents for some of his clients wanting to take a profit...
