I do believe from general chat at the AGM, and my question/comment to one of the board, that they are looking for another large, seed, long-term investor, selling it on the new growth story they are putting out there in the market. More as a show of confidence as opposed to any blocking tactic.

Also understand that one of the Top 5 shareholders had become a 'distressed seller' due to financial pressures in their own business, and had to sell up quickly (recall those trades at 0.004c and 0.005c) - approx. 35 mill shares, but that the bulk of the largest shareholders are still in (and some were at the AGM)

Like I said earlier, great time to issue a Top 20 now the dust seems to be settling.....why oh why in the Year 2008 can't be have real-time Top 20 lists - should be so easy for Computershare to do....
