    Bear in mind MKR has got 250mil shares on issue plus ~$24-26mil of debt. So at a shareprice 35c it has got a mkt cap of ~$90mil (plus add the debt on top of that). So yeah, it's still good value and de-risked considerably (with an operating plant and high PM prices), but I don't think it's bargain basement anymore.
