Remember they use the VWAP, not Friday's closing price. Very unlikely it'll VWAP below $66. Having said that, if it gets closer to $66 (even say $68) I'd rather buy on market so I'm almost hoping it drops down a little further. Buying on market gives me control over my allocation, and it's done in an instant.
