According to the RBA, a basket of goods and services purchased in 1996 for $3200 would have cost $5523 in 2019. It doesn't give a 2020 figure but CPI at present is about 1.8 per cent per annum, so not a lot of change from 2019.
So you are about seven times ahead of CPI (although remember the latter is not necessaarily a good picture for every individual good or service - some will have risen far more over time and others far less than the 'basket' median).

I bought TUA a few days ago so like you some patience will be required. I doubt this is the sort of holding that will see instant profits because the software and staffing costs, plus rentals of space, must initially be significant.
