I think one would be brave to short this...many expected a possible raising and it has been obvious there has been selling by some large holder(s). I think the placement may well relieve the selling pressure and possibly lead to the stock rallying within a short space of time. I have been buying for the dividend and an expected rally, so I am definitely talking my own position. But I will buy more if it goes sub $28!
