MSB Trading - 2020, page-21751

Hello Treed. I have just seen your post. I have been too busy buying shares and watching the damn antics with the MSB share price again!
Thank you for that great explanation. I don't feel like such a fool now.
So when I have time I will read through more of this thread.
I must admit I threw out my qantas shares this morning, only at a small loss but I have totally lost patience with them.
So now I have18 shares spread over several different sectors. BUT-slap me. Just 6 blue chip shares. I calculated I have 60% invested in MSB.
I know this is not advisable, many times I almost clicked sell on about 10% of them, but my faith is holding me back. We are in retirement mode, we have a SMSF which was all in cash and earning an abysmal interest rate. Not even enough to cover the audit fees. It is a small fund, so I dragged $50k out and put it into Selfwealth. This was late April this year.
At this moment I am up just over 10%, which considering I am an amateur investor I am quite pleased with. Also considering the pain with MSB I guess is pretty good. My overall price paid was $3.64. The only problem which I have is my husband says he is quite happy and it is my baby. Also even if we lost say $30k it would not really change our lives. But if MSB lives up to it's promise that certainly would. But he keeps babbling on at me saying "It is only on paper and until you sell some shares it means nothing" This puts doubt in my mind. I have always been in business and without meaning to sound boastful have done really well. I have told him if the rockets arrive, we can sell some and he can buy some toys for our farm and get someone in to occasionally help him. He likes that idea
