Here we go another red herring about FAR PE'ing.
I doubt FAR have any rights while in default and the thought of them PE'ing is ludicrous after the last debacle.
There is no basis in the belief that some on here think the Russians would be operator, its another red herring.
WPL are the operator, simple as that and will continue to be.
Why some are so obsessed about WPL being replaced as operator is a bit of a joke.
CNOOC have nothing to swoop into.
As for a FAR takeover who would deal with a company who are exposed as rent seeking, defaulting on commitments with a downright misleading management.
IMO FAR will just wither on the vine, as it should.
