OZL's debt is in US Dollars.

The more the debt falls in relation the Aussie $ the better as it means OZL has to pay less debt.

The chart is an index of currencies not specigically the Aussie $ but the fact that it is falling is good.

I suspect it is going to fall a lot further in coming years.

The vultures know this and want the prized assets as when it does fall commodities/gold will sky rocket as they are also priced in US dollars.
