Are you deliberately ignoring the resurgence in NSW and in aged care units in NSW or are you truly unaware of NSW?
NSW is struggling to keep a control and are doing a good job... but this comes down to the tracking of contacts more than anything else. According to Morrison and medical experts, Vic doesn't have the ability to track contacts... they were unprepared. Yes this is a fault of successive Vic Govts and Andrews should have rectified this problem as soon as the first infections appeared in Aus.
The main problem with Vic management is the easing of restrictions and Vic people getting out to see friends and families.
