PLS chart, page-181

I know we've butted heads in the past but more recently I've come to like your posts.

I'm one of the dummys who rode it from 35c all the way to $1.20 busily selling in between at some of the inevitable drops, only to re-buy a couple of weeks later as it kept on climbing, usually at a higher level than I previously sold. Pretty dumb, eh? And I thought I was so smart, mitigating risk, preserving capital....

Then when it dropped, at every small ledge of support it found, I told myself: Don't sell now at a loss (since I had bought high through my "trading", and of course got gutsier and gutsier on the way up), so all the more reason to hang on as there was always potentially good news just around the corner, and you don't want to miss out, just for it to drop further and further with losses accumulating making it a harder and harder pill to swallow. I did drop some parcels then around the 30-35c mark, and when COVID came I figured that worse is yet to come and let much go near the bottom at 22c.

Classic textbook stuff of what not to do. Of course I've learnt a lot of lessons, in a very painful way, and I'm still keen to learn, assimilate and assess how that helps me to become a better investor.

I am actually getting sold on PLS again. I am just not sold on the global economy, and one of the things they say is to not invest in what you don't understand. I just hope I am not missing out on the next meteoric rise of PLS while I'm sitting on the sidelines, just like I was watching my holding value disappear from underneath my feet on the way down.

If one could only invest with tomorrow's knowledge!
