Been away from the screens for most of the day so glad I missed the ups and downs of the HC chatter!
Couldn't add anything more to your post as it sums up my sentiment perfectly. Maybe the only point I would contribute is that the number of "when is the GE deal being announced" posts should reduce significantly.
The deal will happen but until then, and as you quite rightly say, holders need to be patient.
