If they match Cairn deal then 15% is worth $150M I spose. Pretty close to current market cap.
There is downside risk if FAR cant close a deal.
WPL forced to buy CNE stake IMO. If WPL don't move on CNE share then FAR will sell the shares in their company to Lukoil then Lukoil becomes king.
Interesting game of chess is afoot. Not many moves left in the game IMO
