He is stating ISX hasn't done the 4 directions. in. my view they have all been done but ASX and A4 is assserting they have done 3. ASX never stated a full report had to be released just the findings. Findings is the exec summary which has been put to MAP but ASX has and continues to block. Giving public impression that they refuse to publish the "findings"
