From my understanding, someone may correct me here, but it has nothing to do with kairos mistreating non resident shareholders.
It has something to do with the rules of the exchange.
I may be wrong again, but united states act of 1933 prohibits its own citizens from participating in an oversea SPP.
It is noted that every SPP I have been involved in has been for Aust / NZ residents only.
Maybe someone else can shed a little more light?
