I'm not sure whats happening in UK with Covid19 but people in France, now the summer holidays are on them, are out and about in their droves. The more adventurous English folks are also enquiring about crossing the channel to enjoy the relaxed French way of life this northern summer.I quess the borders are about to be opened.
Its not hard to believe why the MD and others amongst us were hoovering up shares around this time last year. The 5m+ Charles bought in late June 19 at 10 cents have served him well
I was concerned to hear in your post in those circumstances that the company was sitting on price sensitive information for over a month.
That is of course a serious breach of the immediate disclosure requirement in the ASX continuous disclosure rules.
Whilst I think Charles was stretching the friendship with the ASX with his late June purchase so close to a price sensitive announcement it seems that the final sign off on that announcement was in the early morning in Perth ( a sleepy place two hours behind the eastern states) before it was announced at 10.16 am eastern standard time.
