only concern why they had to capital raise beforehand,I mean if they are sure about the FDA approval they could have wait for one month and do capital raise on higher value like any other bio company,I afraid I think they do the capital raise because they knew if there is a rejection comes they won’t servive as they have no enough cash to run for few months,May be playing with fire,People lost everything who invested in them 5years ago,so not a great history of the company,But Good Luck
