Ann: Consistent Progress for Vonex Retail, Wholesale and Oper8tor, page-16

Guys this has been one of the worst performing stocks for a company with such potential and it comes down to one factor and one factor only. POOR MANAGEMENT!!!!! They have everything going for them but a lack of leadership is what is holding us back and we really need to see this changed. They can not find acquisitions in times like this????? Are you kidding me??? I keep getting Vonex adds on my instragram page and they talk about have a soft phone which enables you to be contacted anywhere but the CEO every holidays is out of phone coverage or has limited internet access. Really????? Doesn't he use Vonex. He definitely doesn't use oper8tor as I have sent him messages on there and you get no response to simple questions. When a CEO and Chairman are avoiding taking phone calls from its shareholders you know that they are really in a mess. This stock has so much potential but it is being held back. We shareholders need a change. Regular news flow is unheard off because they have no idea of what is required to run a public company. When was our last update???? How are our PBX numbers going??????What is happening with Oper8tor this amazing app that is going to change the communication world and that we have paid Angus so much to build??????? We just have to wait until each quarterly report because they don't want to inform the market on what is really happening when all of its peers are doing so much better. We have done one acquisition in 2 years. That tells me that management aren't actively looking or have no negotiating skills if they cant work out a good deal for the company. I keep saying a new management team is required with the right skill set.
