We are on the same page . Our BOD and council is one step ahead and with our position regarding the options for BOD (stay/delist) and there decision to stay ASX was asking for only one claim to be made and looked at (if we had chosen to delist). Then they would have got rid of us and pay the damages ....and be happy. Now that we are staying it keeps adding up as the case drags on they are at X-roads and if they lose after a few more damage claims...? Also wondering if their insurance will be happy for it to happen , what the cost to them will be and if they are found to have wrong.
Looking at the 2 hearings we had and observed i am REALLY pleased with our counsel and the judge. The BOD is doing a fine job and shareholders can look to the future ......delist...maybe/maybe not!
