as mentioned they expect to be able to drill up all that was planned for 2020 in time, therefore no need to waste money on a second rig......they also mention...."IF WE GET INDICATIONS OF "NEW" GOLD BEARING STRUCTURE" then they have the ability to utilise a second rig.
they are not stupid or short of cash, they have a strategy which they'll follow to get to where they need to be within their expected time frame!
the problem with so many traders on the market today is that they buy shares today, expect it to double tomorrow and wonder why the big news didn't come out overnight!
we've jumped over the hurdles and heading in the right direction and the good news should start flowing over the next couple of months and towards Xmas, if you can't hold that long than best you leave now
