JulieM also fails to understand that Lind's cost of capital has been compensated by the .27cent per share discount ($500k) that's be pointed out. Not bad for 120 days work. They wouldn't have issued the CN if that cost was greater than their own cost of capital. Any way you look at it, they were in the money from day dot.
