    Just keep in mind that retail holders do not have the firepower to move prices up or down.

    If the sp is moving, it's because someone playing with other people's money is making it move.

    Now try reading again the exchange that I suspect you're referring to, see if it makes better sense now.

    add: distribution is a price action term that organizations are selling back to retail holders.
