Some points I picked up on MRD, since this is the important trial, although some of these well understood by those of us that have been here a while but good to see some potential timing reiterated for the MRD trial.
Assuming 6 months for recruitment, that would mean first readout for MRD as early as end of Q2 2021 - so perhaps June 2021.
- Phase II trial straight to approval (due to 505(b)(2) pathway)
- Know result within 3-4 weeks after treatment (means readout 3-4 weeks after recruitment completes)
- Full trial 6-12 months
- Run trial towards end of this year / early-next year in the US
Obviously RACE will need the IND for the MRD trial so we won't see a date locked in until RACE have the IND.
