I don't have the answers for that sorry. Perhaps like many things it only gets going when someone puts a spotlight on it.

In the latest ASX correspondence to ISX they stated the following:

"acceptable measures are put in place so that the current holders of the milestone shares are not able to sell them off for a reasonable period while ASIC has the opportunity to pursue it's investigation and to determine whether it wishes to take action against those involved in the issue of milestone shares"

You're right. Should have been investigated at the time if there were concerns.

All that being said it feels like this issue is a major roadblock to relist.
