JWhat acceptable measures are they looking for?
What's the process involved in selling shares? That's what they should be focusing on.
Instead, they're asking for details and documents showing how the shares were acquired, transferred, from whom to whom, when, how, why, who gave what instruction, and a load of nonsense.
It's pretty obvious they have no intention of resolving the issue.
