I think we are all guessing here but what leads me to think that an announcment of overwhelming efficacy is still a possibility is that I do not believe we would have moved through 3 early stopping points (30%, 45% and 60%) with a IDMC determination and not see an announcment. I believe these are price sentive events (regardless of the determination) and would therefore expect to hear news. One possibility is that the NIH/FDA are privy to these determinations but MSB is not. That could explain why we have been getting comments from pubic officials in the US stating or implying that big news is coming with regard to therauptics. One thing is for certain, Actemra is out for the count.
