No, I wouldn't think they would freeze dried Maw. 100 tonnes of Ling Maw @ $4.4m equates to $44/kilo. They sell the dried 400 gram bag of Ling Maw for $500, equivalent to $1250/kg. Hence I believe the 100 tonnes is wet weight not dried. But could be wrong...
