That's the issue I have with BNPL. Once the the initial novelty of the purchase has worn off, which doesn't seem to be very long lasting in this day and age for most material items in my opinion, I just can't see the same level of enthusiasm paying for a pair of Nike shoes months after they've been worn and used as paying for them up front.
