have no doubt - banks will own 90.1% if cnp stays afloat for 7 years, and they will help it do that. all this cr@p that cnp will choose whether its diluted are rubbish - choice has been made. shareholders will vote in jan on whether to accept the dillution (by voting on the issue of hybrids) or they can reject the proposed deal and get no rollover of any debt.... the banks win.
