Thanks for the support. I think that the Greens are growing in popularity and will attract the protest vote which I believe will be quite strong this election (even disaffected Liberals).

I would expect John Howard to try once again to be elected thru a campaign of greed and fear. He will pork-barrell and make out that he is increasing spending in all sorts of areas - but why can he say that - because he's screwed those same areas back and back so that any money is a "big increase".

And he will look for a fear issue - like the appeal to xenophobia with the refugees and the Tampa last time (the foreign hordes are going to overrun us!!).
