Says to me that all is on track.

I am disappointed though in the timing, only because my expectations were for the 90th patient readout to be earlier. I thought the whole dosing trial was to take about three months starting 5 May with say 90 done (around 1/3) by 5 June, then 30 days to endpoint (5 July), then readout and analysis, say late July. What happened? Would have been relevant in the announcement to just give some narrative for the slower start, just to make it a bit more understandable. I feel more comfortable with honesty than the feeling something (probably management or administrative issue) has been swept under the carpet.
