Investing into a stock at the wrong time is one thing, that's on you basically. You made a wrong assessment, you bear the costs of it and honestly I am totally fine losing money like that.
But when a company does a self valuation and raises equity on a price that they set, it means the company makes a bad assessment on their own value. They were either delusional or extremely opportunistic when they did the SPP on 60c. It is highly alarming and morally questionable that they took advantage of the pumped up share price, while knowing that they can't justify the intrinsic value of their own company. So many red flags in such a short timeframe.
