milesg, I think you seem to have changed your tune from buying in 6-9months when all of a sudden the 40% falls have materialised and then I assume that it will rise, albeit slowly.
And this is were I would disagree with the Lord in that the growth wont be as dramatic, but will be compensated by the positive cashflows generated.
Again, milesg, you, LE, me and others are just quibbling as to the cheapest price we can get, and the best retrn over which period.
For some one who seems to have disliking to property particularly when it conflicts with your dream world of 40% falls you seem to get a BIT FRUSTRATED to say the least
