Good point Bulljack, I was thinking about the culture that existed at Oxiana and remembered the way that management and staff were working toward the establishment of a top company at all levels.
Everyone seemed to take a huge amount of pride in what they were doing and a lot of it stemmed from OH's management style followed through to his middle management etc.
I wonder how they feel now after being dudded and I consider sold out by Owen, who had signed up for a further three years, and then showed his greed and contempt for everyone.
Any company is only as good as its management, and, this one must be running on empty at present.
